Welcome to the family “Barn” located on the back half of our property. This “Barn was relocated from an adjacent property in 1957 which was used as a chicken coop, a horse barn and then remodeled for the first time in the late 60’s to accommodate living quarters for Anne’s brothers. In 2023 this was stripped to the studs; everything is new, the unit is furnished with king size bed, sitting area, kitchenette and full separate bathroom. This is a Non smoking and No Pet Suite/Property.

The Valley Getaway

Cozy duplex located close to the freeway, Spokane Valley Mall, lots of restaurants located and very close to the super market. There is a huge backyard for the littles to run around. Located in a nice neighborhood with lots of parks close by. For the outdoors enthusiast the Appleway trail and Centennial Trail are just a song and dance away. At the same time, we are situated in a peaceful wooded area on several acres of land, providing a secluded and natural environment for our guests to enjoy. Wing-Watcher's Paradise is where you will enjoy watching airplanes fly overhead from the hot tub.

This stunning cottage surrounded by Ponderosa Pines is located on 6 acres in the country only 15 minutes from downtown Spokane, 15 minutes from the airport, and 20 minutes from Cheney and Eastern Washington University. This is a private, cozy home which boasts a beautiful fully stocked kitchen, two bedrooms, a hot tub, laundry, and a bathroom with a shower.

1 bedroom in-law apartment. Bedroom features a newly updated bathroom, king size bed and small sofa. The front room has a desk and small kitchenette. The apartment has it's own entrance and is closed off from the rest of the house. There are no common areas besides the front yard. The house is located 10 to 15 minutes east of downtown Spokane.
