This is a peaceful gated community with 24 hour security monitoring, located in El Prado Verde, St.Catherine. Spacious 2 BRs and 2 bathrooms. This home comes with a fully equipped Kitchen area, Washing area, Wifi, Alexa, Cable tv with nextflix, fully AC , water heater, Smoke detector,First aid kit,Outside surveillance cameras and a back yard.The community is close to both north-south and east-west highway.There are nearby fast food places and supermarkets within 5 min.Beaches within 40mins.

This cozy one bedroom, is ideally located in a gated, safe and peaceful community. It is equipped with all the amenities needed to guarantee that you'll have a comfortable stay and is close to restaurants and supermarkets and is also just a few minutes drive from Portmore and approx. half an hour from Kingston. The standard booking comes with ac in the bedroom only and you may request access to the ac in the living room for an additional cost of US $15 per night (must be paid prior to arrival)
