Our quaint humble abode is located in a quiet neighborhood conveniently near Downtown Sparks and just a mile off Highway 80. While our home is welcome to all traveling guests, please note this is a cozy home for travelers only. Unfortunately, we do not host to local residents of the Reno/Sparks area.

Imagine waking up in a comfortable King bed & feeling heated floors as you step barefoot into the ensuite bathroom. Gazing out from the luxurious shower, you take in views of snow-capped mountains. Feeling refreshed, you head downstairs to the familiar smell of a tasty cup of coffee by the fireplace. After coffee, you slip into the bubbling Hot Tub while being entertained by a game of Ping-Pong. In the evening, you fire up the BBQ for a delicious dinner, followed by leisurely game of Pool.

It has been renovated with new flooring, paint, and new furniture. The home has been decorated with comfort in mind. There are Tv's in each bedroom and living room and WIFI throughout. Carport parking for RV or trailer. Perfect for OHV toys or the BBQ cook offs. Fenced yards. Pet friendly. Laundry available. Propane BBQ onsite.

Studio in Sparks

Enjoy a quiet neighborhood setting with quick and easy access to all that Reno and Sparks have to offer. Very cozy and stylish studio apartment with its own private entrance and patio/BBQ area. Laundry facilities are available too! Inside you will find a full kitchen, stocked with coffees, teas, and spices. There is one queen-size bed and one pull out couch, that is roughly twin sized, and a stylishly decorated full bathroom. The studio has one small step at the entrance landing.

The Sparks Marina is a 10 minute drive from Downtown Reno and just a few minutes walk to many amazing Sparks attractions including Legends Mall, Wild Waters, IMAX and of course the Sparks Marina itself which offers paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, biking, a dog park and Casino's right out your back door. Kayaks and bicycles are all provided for your enjoyment.
