Within walking distance to Cocoa Village which offers theatre, restaurants , cafe’s, and nightlife. We have kayaks and bicycles for those who want to enjoy nature. This cottage is perfect place for special memory making getaway!!!!

Majestic River Gardens

Welcome to The Majestic River Garden. This charming cottage was built in 1945 before this era of cookie cuter homes where every house in the neighborhood looks the same. The home is at one of Floridas highest elevation points sitting 40ft above sea level which gives you an incredible view of the Indian River. If you look over the neighboring roofline you can spot NASA's VAB building. The home has original charm however does boast modern updated ceramic wood floor and a modern updated kitchen.

Canaveral Cottage

Our cozy cottage is the perfect place for a quiet romantic getaway, cruise ship stopover or the business traveler. It is nestled within a quiet community with a privately gated entrance and shaded yard. There are two parking spots for vehicles. It is half of a duplex home located 1 block from the beach with many nearby restaurants and shops. It is just 1.5 miles from the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier, 2.5 miles from Port Canaveral and less than 20 miles from Kennedy Space Visitors complex.

Our "Hideaway" Duplex is located one block from the beach (4 min walk). Just bring your bathing suit, and we will take care of the rest. Inside we have 2 bedrooms, One Bath with room for a pull out in the living area. We have an open area for the living and kitchen with our wooden surfboard as the centerpiece. Outside you have a patio area and a back yard with a grill area that is private to you.

The Manatee Point Cottage is a quaint, private 1 bedroom, 1 bath residence with stunning views and access to the Eau Gallie River. The Manatee Point Cottage features a fully equipped kitchen and bath, cable television, WiFi, and outside deck to relax on after a great day on the water. Guests will have access to kayaks and boat dock to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Intracoastal Waterway.
