Brimming with ever-changing sea and sky views and well-equipped for an easy and truly memorable stay, quality time with friends and family is spent relaxing, playing games, swimming, walking, reading, as well as exploring the attractions and culture of nearby coastal towns, historic landmarks and beautiful South Downs National Park.

The Arthouse is 5 minutes walk away from the iconic De La Warr Pavilion with regular art exhibitions, comedians and musicians. The location is perfect to explore the Sussex countryside and neighbouring towns.

The Cart Lodge a cosy rural hideaway

Situated in a secluded part of our 16th century farm, this detached, south facing cart barn has been converted to a very high standard. In an ideal location overlooking a large duck pond and with distant views to the South Downs. It is a great base for walking the Wealdway or cycling the Cuckoo Trail. Places to explore include Lewes and Eastbourne, 9 miles. Glyndebourne 6 miles. An excellent pub and restaurant is within a ten minute walk along country footpaths. The village shop 2 miles.

A lovely detached one bedroom Sussex flint barn close to South Downs National Park and the Long Man, ideal for Glyndebourne (18 mins). We are in a quiet no through lane within 20 minutes walking distance of 3 pubs & 2 tearooms. Sleeps 2 adults and up to 3 children (sofa bed in living room and single pull out in bedroom). Good dogs are welcome (£30 supplement) and can use the fully enclosed garden and sunny front deck.If you want to leave the dog/s on their own, please check with us!

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

The Sea Room is a glorious 2-bedroom flat situated on Marina in St. Leonards. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. PLEASE NOTE: For those who have been following news of our building restoration, we are very happy to report that the scaffolding is now down and our beautiful views fully restored. Our cottage is located in a peaceful and friendly village with two great pubs, fabulous Thai restaurant, post office and local Marks and Spencer BP convenience store, all only a short stroll away. You can enjoy a walking, cycling or a relaxing holiday. The cottage is located only a 10 minute drive into Eastbourne Town Centre and Seafront.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
