Two large stylish bedrooms, opposite beautiful Shoreham Beach. Both are light & airy and have their own seating areas. The beds are 5ft and there is also room for children's beds. We have a travel cot & small mattress should you require. The suite is accessed by a private entrance and has a small partly covered outdoor area at the front. An internal lockable fire door keeps the rooms private from main house. There is no kitchen. It's perfect for a seaside break literally 30 secs from the beach!

There is also a conservatory which can be opened up into the garden which is south facing and views onto the Downs a short walk away. There is space for 2 cars in the drive and others right outside in the close. The kingsize room is ensuite with the double having its own bathroom across the hall. Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.

The host is committed to the Enhance Cleaning Process and Safety Requirements created by Airbnb. There is an extra charge for the use of the single room. Price quoted is for 1 or 2 people sharing the double room. Guests have private use of shower/toilet and of the open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, Smart TV including WIFI.
