The best of both worlds....Large trendy and upscale with fabulous private beach amenities. Our next door neighbor is the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa where we have fully inclusive private beach and club amenities (inc kids club for 5-12 yrs) Private elevator entry to 4250 square feet of luxury. Enter into a beautiful rotunda foyer where you see the Grand Salon on one side and a cozy family room on the other. There is an amazing state-of-the-art contemporary eat in kitchen with dinette and breakfast bar. There is also a formal dining room next to the Grand Salon. The king master suite is huge and beautifully appointed with a spacious sitting area and beautiful large master bath. There are 3 large flat screen TVs in the residence... the Grand Salon..the family room...and the master bedroom. The 2 queen bedrooms are ensuite and comfortable. There is a half bath with pedistal sink and a large laundry room. Guests can have access to everything in the residence plus all the amenities at the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort and Spa. It is a one minute walk from our front door to the front door of the Marriott. We have access to the private beach, the towels, lounge chairs, pools hot tubs, the fitness center, the classes at the fitness center, the spa, the tennis courts, basketball courts, the concierge and an amazing kids club for ages 5 through 12. There are 3 great oceanfront restaurants and great beach bars where our guests have a 20% discount as well as discounts on any merchandise or spa trearments. I will be there to personally check-in all guests and answer any questions. We are located in the finest most upscale neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale. The Harbor Beach area is known for its beautiful mansions and large yachts and beautiful Scenic waterways. We are next door to the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa which has the finest and largest private beach. We are beach club members and provide membership to the private beach club for all of our guests too. Our location is walkable too many activities in the area. There's a trolley that goes up and down the beach about a half a block away. It will connect you with all the local malls local grocery stores many restaurants and shops up and down South East 17th Street Causeway, Seabreeze Blvd, and North and South Ocean Boulevards and throughout the entire area.....Sun Trolley. The water taxi that cruises up and down the many Scenic waterways in Fort Lauderdale and connects with many restaurant areas and shopping areas is also a great form of transportation and a beautiful way to see Fort Lauderdale and all it has to offer. Uber and the yellow cab service are also readily available in our area. We have our own free parking which makes it very easy to have a car if you prefer. We are located in the finest private Beach area in Fort Lauderdale. Close to many restaurants, shopping, deep sea fishing, boat rentals, bicycle rentals, a great beach trolley and can rake you to Las Olas Boulevard, the convention center, all up and down the beach too many restaurants and shops, the Galleria Mall, Coral Ridge Mall, the Harbor Shops, grocery store, spirits store and many restaurants and services. We are 250 feet in off the sand in Fort Lauderdale Beach's best pribate beach location but close to all the action. You will be assigned 3 electronic key fobs for you residence and 3 Marriott card passes (Each adult does not need their own) for the Resort (next door), also a garage door opener. It is important not to misplace any of these items. Please note, primary renter/guest must meet minimum age requirement of 30 years old. Primary renter/guest must be on the premises during stay.
