Oak Barn - Idyllic, Quiet, Rural Barn Conversion

Oak Barn is a luxurious barn conversion with gardens, surrounded by fields on the edge of Lower Peover near Knutsford, Cheshire. The tranquil space sleeps a couple or family comfortably in a large bedroom with shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two pubs and a well stocked village shop are within walking distance and the historic town of Knutsford is a 10 minute drive away. A hamper of breakfast bits is provided incl. eggs, bacon, muesli, bread etc - vegan options available on request.

Having recently undergone a complete renovation, The Potting Shed is now welcoming guests to this beautiful part of North Wales.

Rosebud Barn (Newly Refurbished) King Bed

Converted barn with separate access and exclusive use of the entire self-contained space. Private off-road parking with Type 2 Charger for EVs. The bedroom includes a king-size bed and chest of drawers for storage. HD TV in lounge; WiFi (95mbps down); Alexa speakers with smart lights throughout (you can still just use the switches);voice-activated smart heating (again, you can just press the buttons); the fully-fitted kitchen includes kettle, microwave,FF, oven, & a Nespresso coffee machine.

Little House, Altrincham & Manchester, private ent

A cosy garden cottage, with separate entrance, private bathroom, bed nook, kitchen and shared garden. A peaceful space from which explore south Manchester and the city. The cottage has a full sized double bed with lots of pillows and a comfy duvet and electric blanket. A large sofa easily accommodates an extra body if you prefer to sleep separately. We also have a travel cot for babies. The cottage is set up for 2 adults, with 2 kids, but not really suitable for more than 3 grown ups.

Weavers' Cottage, West Bradford, Clitheroe

Our place in West Bradford, a mile and a half from Clitheroe enjoys great views and offers country walks, fantastic cycling routes and a restaurant a minute's walk away. Waddington, a mile down the road, has three pubs. You will love our cosy, compact cottage dating from the 1730's set in beautiful gardens. Fall asleep to the sounds of the babbling brook. A private patio overlooks the brook to fields. Pets are welcome. Note that due to its age, the door and original beam are low.

Annex in centre of Poulton Village.

This self contained annex is located at the rear garden of a house in a very quiet street. It is located in a perfect spot only 2 minutes walk to the centre of Poulton and 5 mins from the train station. 2 miles from Blackpool Hospital 6 min drive (see pics) Good transport links to Preston. Free on street parking is usually available. The annex has private access. It is accessed down a narrow pathway which runs inbetween/ behind the residential properties. Please see photographs.

B&B Self Contained Annexe With Private Access

Our Annexe includes continental breakfast. A private self contained unit with its own garden, arbour, patio, and water feature. The conservatory has a dining table and relaxing chairs. The lounge has a double sofa bed if required, tv, dvd, Alexa, stereo and electric fire. There is a microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery. The bedroom has views over the private courtyard. The en suite has a double shower unit. Tea and coffee making facilities include herbal teas and ground coffee.

La Petite Maison

La Petite Maison offers guests a peaceful yet stylish place to stay. With all of its own amenities it is both comfortable and practical. It also boasts its own garden space. A superb location with the nearest tram being a short walk (12 minutes) away providing links into Manchester city centre and Manchester Airport. It has a large bedroom with a king size bed and the living area is equipped with a very comfortable sofa bed to allow the number of guests to increase to four.

Private Luxury Open-Plan Barn Conversion

Unique barn conversion with private off road parking in Sale, Greater Manchester. Open-plan with a mezzanine bedroom reached by a spiral staircase, the property is detached and set in a private mature garden. Close to all the amenities of Sale town centre and excellent links to Manchester, Altrincham and a short taxi from Manchester Airport; our place is ideal for short stays whether visiting for leisure or business. Please note the bedroom is height restricted.

Newbridge Guest House

This guest house is in a rural location, within the grounds we have 2 fishing lakes which we run as a commercial fishery with farm land all around. There are chickens on site and occasional visits from a peacock and peahen. I must make you aware that we have 2 cockerels and they can be vocal early in the morning, the peacock too, this may not suit everyone. please be aware that there is no oven, but there is a hob, air fryer, microwave and toaster.

Cosy Guest House in Samlesbury

Located in Samlesbury, Preston, just a few minutes off the M6. Ideal stop-off location for those travelling to the Lake District or for those seeking a relaxing get away. Close by to many idillic walks. The Space: Separate from our main garden, with views of woodland. Comfy double bed, ensuite with shower. Kitchenette with basics, pool table and 75” TV in the lounge space. Access: Ample driveway parking. Side gate with key to access.
