Our house is fully stocked, newly renovated and the spacious backyard borders 10 acres of lovely forest preserve. No large groups of unrelated adults. Brand new pool!

Point beach, 1.5 mile walk, a Southold Parking Permit required. You will find 20 wineries within 5 miles, just a short Uber ride away.
