A 125-year-old bungalow packed with personality. Inside you’ll find curated worldly décor, many lounge spaces, and the house’s most famous feature: the Lucky Kitty Tiki Lounge, a hidden bar built inside the old garage. Outside, relax in the barrel sauna, cold plunge, and stock tank pool, gather around the fire pit, and unwind under the string lights after a night exploring Kansas City. It’s a one-of-a-kind stay just minutes from downtown, the stadiums, and some of the city’s best restaurants.

The Treehouse Bungalow was personally renovated and designed by your hosts, Steve and M. All of the spaces are brand new and exude comfort & peace. From the cozy living room with electric fireplace to the spacious deck facing the woods. You will find several, separate areas to make your own. We encourage you to take a break in the soaker tub or grab a book and lounge on the king size bed in the primary bedroom. The bike trails, golf, and lakes are all around. Nestled in Hart Valley(River Falls/Jones Gap) along the fresh cold waters of Oil Camp Creek. This fully furnished cabin is a great get-a-way. Hiking trails, mountain biking, and water falls with over 30,000 acres of Pristine Forest. Relax on the deck porch or dip in the cool water. Time to get back to nature. Outdoor fire pit (wood provided) and charcoal grill (bring charcoal/lighter). Fall and Winter are beautiful times of the year to visit. Sit around the bonfire roasting marshmallows !
