This 2br home is nestled at the end of a peninsula’s over the water, 5min drive to downtown Portsmouth. Spend the day on the on deck, grilling or enjoy your own authentic Maine lobster bake, swimming and treasure hunting the shore. Also explore Kittery or downtown Portsmouth, both just five minutes away. Enjoy this freshly renovated home, water views from every room and window, all bedrooms are equipped with a/c, free WiFi and smart TVs. Fully equipped kitchen has an amazing view of the water.

The tidal beach & the floating dock (May-Dec) is ideal for seasonal fishing, lounging & swimming.

3 night Min. stay 6/1 to Labor day. Cottage #2 is a classic one-bedroom with soothing beach colors and well-appointed with comfortable furnishings and updated finishes. It is outfitted with vintage and modern decor mixed in. The cottage has a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans and utensils for those times when you may just want to stay in and cook. Private fenced backyard with a gas grill, table and chairs. Just a short 5-minute walk, to the beach. Yes we allow pets.

Take a stroll down to the Pier where you can experience the water up close.

Just one mile from the Stone Mountain Arts Center, 30 minutes to North Conway, NH, and easy access to hiking trails, mountain vistas, and the Lakes Region of western Maine. It offers a well-equipped kitchen/dining/ living room combination, full bath, a relaxing sunroom with full-sized futon for additional sleeping, and a loft bedroom with a queen bed.
