Relax on the charming front porch, watch the fireflies, and soak in the peaceful atmosphere. Our cottage features a homey and cozy feeling with two spacious bedrooms: a master bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and a second bedroom with a full-size bed, perfect for families or couples. Perfect to explore the events like the Kentucky Derby.

Relaxing Retreat in the Woods

Relaxing retreat on 16 acres of woods , minutes from shopping, restaurants, Lake Monroe and the I.U. stadium--a 13 minute drive for basketball and football fans. Fire pit, grill, hammock, board games, kitchenette, CD, record player. No cable /television. Cell phone service and internet available if sometimes a bit spotty. The studio is in the woods so you may see or encounter wildlife including deer, opossums, raccoons, snakes, bobcats, coyotes and birds. Owner lives on property.

Sue’s Cottage is a quaint two bedroom cottage with a porch over looking the Heritage Trail of Madison. It is perfect for pets. It is a home to many species of birds and wildlife. Relax on the deck bird watching or stroll through the heritage trail & scenic railroad tracks surrounding the cottage, which leads to the river walk. We are walking distance to all historic Madison offers. We are less than a mile from Clifty Park. A portion of each stay is donated to local charity.

There are 3 wineries and 2 breweries all within 30 minutes!

Open concept cottage w lots of space for one or two located in the Historic District of New Harmony. Free street parking, a sitting area and comfortable queen bed. Washer/Dryer and a small kitchenette (no stove or cooktop.) WiFi and and a Smart TV for your convenience. Bring your Netflix or Hulu passwords. Be our guest in your own space. Tiny House Farm Stay on One Goat Farm

This quaint little cottage is located on the Bourbon Trail of Kentucky. A mere 9 minutes from Six-Mile Distillery. Located in the heart of an Amish community. We breed, show and raise registered myotonic goats. We have a fall and spring kidding season so if you book during that time, expect to see baby goats frolicking in the fields. The cottage is on a functioning farm with horses, cats, goats and a donkey. We offer overnight housing facilities for your own equines as well.

If you are looking to experience lake life, look no further! Our Guest House sits on the beautiful 140 acre Bullock Pen Lake. It's a great place to relax, or enjoy kayaking, paddle boating, paddle boarding and fishing. We have one of the best views of the lake. The Guest House is fully renovated and decorated with relaxation in mind. It has everything you would need for your stay. After all, the lake is where your worries fade and memories are made! (The pool is now closed!)
