Several recommended restaurants, shops, and the tourist information center are all within easy walking distance. We will provide information upon your arrival about public transportation, Fié/Völs and the Dolomites. Feel free to ask us anything! The "Piazza Fié di Sopra" is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Fié (Völs am Schlern). Until the 20th century it used to be a small village with a blacksmith, a wheels maker, a farm and an old tavern by the name of "Löwenwirt" (Lions' Inn). Its centre was formed by a small chapel with an ample garden. If you like panoramic views, the frontside of the chapel will be the place for you! Winter: South Tyrol is a skier's paradise! The Alpe di Siusi can be reached in 10 minutes by car or public transport, other nearby spots are Val Gardena and the Sella Mountains. Skating and sledging can be enjoyed at the idyllic Völser Weiher. Spring Summer: Do not miss the nearby Völser Weiher (bathing lake) and the castle Prösels. Völs is a wonderful area for hiking and mountain biking (Dolomites), for day trips the alpe di Siusi is perfect. According to "Magazin der Süddeutschen Zeitung", one eats particularly well on the Tschafonhütte and the Gostner Schwaige. We can confirm that from experience :-) Autumn: Autumn is the time of harvest and vintage. Völs has some very good "Buschenschänke" and "Völser Kuchenkastl" (Traditional Harvest Specialties) to offer. Hiking and mountain biking in September and October are possible depending on the weather!

This apartment has been newly renovated, mixing different kinds of architecture and design. In the flat there is plenty of space for your smart-workstation: internet is fast and reliable, accessible from every corner. We take particular care in sanitizing all the critical areas, in particular the space is sanitized by means of ozone generators. The apartment is newly restyled with a very special taste, mixing different styles in the architecture and design. It is a 2 floors apartment at the last floor of a mid 20th century building right outside the historical city center: at the first floor there are the bedrooms (a Suite and a second bedroom) the bathroom and a wardrobe room. The Suite is introduced by an elegant living area with a separè industry in glass and iron dividing it from the double bedroom with balcony and fireplace. The second bedroom has a big wardrobe with mirrors, a fine couch and twin beds to be disposed at one's will. Through an elegant white marble staircase we have access to the brand new rooftop kitchen and the wide terrace with a view on the hills sorrounding Florence and spots of the old buildings of the historic center. The apartment is entirely reserved to our guests, access to it is by the staircase or by elevator with private access to the floor. The rooftop terrace is only for our guests with sole access from inside the apartment by a staircase. At the same floor in a separate flat live the owners, always ready to help! The owner lives next door and is always available if needed. Chez Geraldine is an apartment just outside the historical center. It’s predominantly a residential district, but the cathedral, Galleria dell'Accademia, and Piazza San Marco are a 15-minute walk away. Food stores, restaurants, and bars are close by. AVAILABLE 4 BIKES (adult size) for our guests, included in the price. Please, use it with care and lock it well each and any time you leave them without custody, thank you. Der ausgezeichnete Strand ist weniger als eine Gehminute entfernt. Vom Eingang aus gelangt man in den offenen Küchen-, Wohn- und Essbereich mit Blick in den oasenhaften Innenhof, der mit hochwertigen Steinarbeiten ansprechend gestaltet ist. Ein kleiner dekorativer Pool (nicht zum Schwimmen) rundet das behagliche Ambiente ab. Mit einem Buch in der Hand und den Füßen im kalten Wasserbecken lässt es sich hier an heißen Sommertagen herrlich entspannen und in aller Ruhe Kraft tanken. Das Bad mit Doppeldusche und Dusch-WC befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Die beiden offenen Schlafräume im Obergeschoss sind ausgestattet mit jeweils einem Queensize-Bett unter der gemütlichen Dachschräge. Jeder Schlafraum hat direkten Zugang zur Sonnenterasse mit Loungemöbeln. Herrliche Nachtruhe, man hört den Wind in den Palmen und entfernt die Brandung. Die Gäste haben Zugang zu allen Bereichen, da sie das gesamte Haus mieten. Für alle Fragen sind wir erreichbar (Mail und Telefon) und haben Leute vor Ort, die das Haus betreuen und behilflich sein können. Im Umkreis von 100 Metern befinden sich Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Verleih von Kajaks und Stand Up Paddling und ein Fischverkauf direkt nach Fang. Salema ist ein charmantes Fischerdorf, vom Strand aus werden Ausflüge mit dem Boot angeboten. Im Hinterland lockt der Gebirgszug Monchique mit heilenden Quellen. Weitere Aktivitäten sind Reiten, Yoga, diverse Wasser- und Freizeitparks, Wassersport wie Segeln, Jetski oder Surfen. Am Cabo de Sao Vincente lassen sich wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge erleben.

The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!
