The Garden Room

The Garden Room is our wee sleepout that overlooks our peaceful garden, which can be appreciated during all seasons of the year. Conveniently located just off the highway, with plenty of quiet street parking. It’s only about a 5min walk to Countdown/Warehouse, a 15min walk from downtown, & about 10 to the botanical gardens & hospital. The kitchen is stocked with a refrigerator, kettle, hot plate, and air fryer/electric oven. You will likely meet our friendly cat, Murphy! X2 bikes if requested

The Cookshop Rustic Farm Cottage with views

Authentic farm cottage full of rustic charm. If you are after a true rural stay with all that entails gravel drive, fireplaces, wildlife etc this is the stay for you. Great views, and surrounded by nature. Wood burning stove and a fireplace to ensure it's cozy all year. located on a working farm and game reserve. 25min from Timaru. Guided walks visiting the ancient Maori rock art on the property can be arranged. As well as private yoga classes. The 9 hole mungati golf course is mins away.

Enjoy this fully self-contained apartment (50㎡ + deck) with breathtaking views of Lake Tekapo and the surrounding mountains. Perfect for a couple, it features a NZ King (167cmx203cm) bedroom separate from the open-plan kitchen and dining area. The space is ideally suited for two, but we’re happy to accommodate a third guest using the sofa bed in the living room.
