The annex is self-contained, but is part of our family home. Ample free parking

Langland View, Langland Bay Road

Langland View recently had a full refurbishment. Photos have been updated, more to come. Langland View is a delightful cottage 50 meters from the Golf Club, 150 meters from Langland Bay, the Brasserie, public tennis courts and the coastal path. You have exclusive use of this spacious property and outdoor terrace with fabulous sea and golf course views. Mumbles village is a brisk 20 minutes walk. The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friend groups, but please no loud parties.

Wedlock Mead is a rural cottage, in the beautiful Pembrokeshire countryside. The popular tourist attractions of The Dinosaur Park, Heatherton and Manor House Wildlife Park are on its doorstep. The seaside resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot are a 5 minute drive away and the picturesque village of St. Florence with its shop and Pubs is a 2 mile drive. The property sleeps four, has ample parking and comes with exclusive use of a secluded garden. A lovely relaxing spot for all the family to enjoy.

Light airy open plan living space, wooden floors throughout with a Scandinavian feel. Set in the seaside resort of Saundersfoot, a small harbour village with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. The property sleeps five, Egyptian cotton bedding and vintage Welsh blankets. Parking for 2 cars and a small wrap around garden. A great place for a family of five or two couples.

Bright and airy, 2 bedroom bungalow on a quiet private road. Fully enclosed rear garden & decked area. Beds can be 2 doubles or a double and 2 singles. The kitchen has all you’ll need. The lounge has smart TV, DVD, a library of 100+ sea films and a fab wood stove. One pet welcome, contact if you have more. 2 mins walk to the coast path, 5 mins to Limeslade bay, Fortes café & Castlemare restaurant. Langland bay is not much further. Mumbles’ restaurants, bars & shops are ~10 mins walk.

Guests can enjoy the unique opportunity to stay in their own space, with own surrounding gardens with access to local footpaths. It is extremely peaceful, with no noise pollution and dark nights. Away from hustle and bustle, this is a true get away, even though Cardigan town is only 10 minutes away. The local beaches are easily accessible also.

A 20 minutes walk to the village of Mumbles, quoted in 'The Times' Jan 2023 in Britains 22 poshest villages and renowned for its foodie scene and independent shops. Unwind in a cosy, comfortable and contemporary beach style home. We are dog friendly with an enclosed garden and private parking which is a rarity in Mumbles.

Delightful small private holiday home set in the hamlet of Freshwater East and part of National Parks surrounded by country or coastal beach walks. 1 Bedroom ideal for a 1 or 2 persons who enjoy walking and relaxing with nature. The property is a short 5 minute walk either through the Burrows woodland or via the road to the beach just 500m away. There are car parks available opposite the beach entrance. Enclosed private garden for your use and conservatory overlooking Trewent.

There is an ensuite shower room, a family bathroom and a separate toilet. There is also a sweeping garden with a patio with beach views. Situated in the breath-taking Pembrokeshire National Park, Ty’r Felin is moments from the beach and coastal path. There is also a pub/cafe between us and the beach.

Castle Park Cottage- 360 countryside & sea views

Castle Park Cottage is a self contained bungalow with a lounge with full height window and views of the rolling hills, kitchen, bathroom with bath and in bath shower and 2 bedrooms. Decoration is modern and slightly quirky. The cottage sits within our main house gardens. We live in the countryside with 360 degree views. You can see the countryside down to the sea and Caldey Island from the cottage bedroom windows. All the main attractions are within 30 minutes drive.
