Private Casita at the Desert River Farm

We are located on a 2.75 acre homestead property just south of Albuquerque in a small agricultural community. It is a perfect retreat space for those looking to get away but stay close to amenities. We live in an 1890 adobe home that shares the property with the casita and we have quiet and friendly neighbors. We have a handful of fruit trees, a hoop house where we are growing vegetables, and a wild 1 acre field. The property is fully fenced with private parking right outside the casita.

Easy access to freeway, and conveniently located only 5 minutes to the Historic Nob Hill district, UNM, Sports Stadiums , and three blocks to Puerto del Sol golf course. Easy access to I-25 and Netflix studios.

Little House Among The Trees

My Partner and I offer this 500 sq foot Solar house. It's self contained, secluded, quiet and secure. There are 5 dogs in the Main house but they use a doggie door to come and go. You might see them wandering the property but they have never been in the little house so if you have any allergies this should not be an issue for you. The hens and ducks are fenced on the back of the property. PLEASE --- Send (with words) a Check-In "Time" with your FIRST communication.

Sleep sofa in the living room can accommodate two people. Kitchen has all amenities to make delicious meals. Free parking on driveway. Private gated entrance and alarm system as well. Close to Walmart, Walgreens, Dominos and other shopping. Approximately 25-30 minutes from Balloon Fiesta Park.

Walkable downtown neighborhood close to Old Town Plaza, Nobhill, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and parks. Private courtyard and access to a lush backyard. Easily accessible to freeway. ONE SMALL DOG welcome without host approval, anything else needs host approval.
