This very spacious open plan home has a HEATED SWIMMING POOL and is FULLY AIRCONDITIONED. The ever popular family friendly, patrolled, safe and popular swimming beach Alma Bay is just a few minutes walk. Geoffrey Bay, Arcadia Hotel, cafes, newsagent and specialty shops are also only a few minutes walk.

Private upstairs 3BR with full kitchen, lounge & balcony overlooking the river. Guests enjoy full privacy of the backyard and deck. You can also book the entire place on Airbnb. Relax on the deck, fish from the private boat ramp or simply soak in the waterfront views. Walk to the city, pubs, restaurants & stadium in minutes.
