Horses welcome bring them to ride over 160 hectares of beautiful farmland, complete with cross-country jumps. There is no oven or microwave but a gas stove top and BBQ.

We would love this house to be somewhere you can retreat and reconnect as a family in a simple, unplugged setup (please note that in the spirit of this, there is currently no WiFi at the house). There are plenty of walks and playgrounds, and the beach offers an all-day play space in the summer. If it rains, New Plymouth and Hāwera are both within an hour's drive.

Retreat to Kokako Cottage

Cute fully renovated cottage nestled in a large garden. Very separate and private from the main house. Quiet and peaceful with beautiful views, on clear days both Mt Taranaki and Mt Ruapehu can be seen from the large deck. Relax in a hot bath outside to enjoy the view or the stars. Weber Bbq on the deck & a cosy fire to light inside. Beds will all be freshly made, and towels in the bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen including Nespresso coffee machine for your use.
