Many beaches to choose from within approximately 30 minutes. You’ll love my place because of the location and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Newly renovated 1919 bungalow unit, steps from Hyde Park Village. This 2nd floor apt., is conveniently located to Hyde Park Village, Bayshore, UT Downtown Tampa, and SOHO district. Hyde Park and SOHO are home to Tampa's top restaurants, upscale shops, movie theater, bars, and nightlife. This is a second story unit, access upstairs is an indoor spiral staircase. This cozy bungalow is located on a historic pedestrian street with no onsite parking. Plenty of street parking near the unit.

Busch Gardens is also less than half an hour away. Quick access to Raymond James Stadium. Enjoy our beautifully landscaped private pool, and walk to Starbucks and other local restaurants. Dogs welcome with pre-approval from your hosts. We would love to welcome you to our clean and cozy home. No cleaning fees! ;-)
