There are elevators in the building and laundry facilities right down the hallway. Four beds: 1 queen bed, a pull-out sofa bed (large twin sleeper), a pull-out single bed (from the loveseat), and a rollaway bed.

It is half a block from the beach (access through Surf Motel & Boomerang Billy’s Beach Bar), a few doors down from one the Island’s best brunch spots (Grapevine Cafe), a street over from the local grocery store (the Blue Marlin), and walking distance from the night life entertainment district (Louie’s Backyard, Laguna Bob’s, Tequila Sunset, etc...).
