Woodland Cotswold Shepherd's Hut

This three year old hut is very comfy with multiple amenities including: a double futon bed (which is firm, but has a good foam mattress topper) a fold up and down dining table, a radiator, kitchen with mini fridge; plug electric hob; kettle and cookery equipment, a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, books and binoculars for birdwatching on your walks. The hut sits on the edge of our private land, and backs onto a private footpath. Out front is a small stone patio with a fire pit and chairs.

In the pretty hamlet of Freefolk you will find a charming secluded Shepherds hut set in 12 acres, and includes a hot tub & pizza oven, WiFi, gas hob, king size bed, sofa, dining table, toilet, shower, fridge freezer, stove, solar electricity and fire pit - it has everything you need. It overlooks our horses, sheep & chickens. A short walk will take you to the award winning Watership Down Inn & Bombay Sapphire distillery. The surrounding area boasts beautiful walks. Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in April 2026!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.
