Come enjoy peace and quiet and get restored at our cabin in the woods. No neighbors, full nature views, great sunrises and breathtaking sunsets. The Cabin is centrally located between Livingston counties most Beautiful attractions. 1.8 miles to Long Point park on Conesus Lake with great access to swim, fish, kayak, boat and picnic. 3.5 miles to the Historical village of Geneseo and Suny Geneseo offering many great places for food, live entertainment, bars and shops. Minutes to Letchworth Park.

Peaceful Finger Lakes Studio

Overlooking a 3/4-acre pond, this 550 sq ft lower-level studio has a private patio, 2 entrances, full bath, queen bed and newly installed kitchen (after 3/15/24). TV has access to Netflix, Disney plus, Prime Video, and other Roku channels (no cable). Wi-Fi is continuous with listing and space has private access to heat/AC controls. Entrance is via keypad lock. Close to Canandaigua, Cummings Nature Center, CMAC, and wineries/microbreweries. Short drive to Letchworth State Park and Victor

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.
