Cottage facilities The cottage has a kitchenette with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a hot plate and an oven. Dishes and tableware are provided for six people. There is a sleeping alcove with a 110 cm wide bed. The space underneath the bed is convenient for storing luggage and other belongings. In the yard, there is a separate guest house with two additional sleeping places and a storage room. Please bring your own bed linen – bed linen is not provided. Guests are responsible for the final cleaning. There is additional storage space in a chest of drawers. The living room has a dining table with benches. The cottage has a fireplace (not a heat-storing fireplace). There is a spacious terrace with a fixed dining table. The terrace has direct access to the sauna. By the lake, there is a pier, a boat and a barbecue area. The yard consists of lawn and natural vegetation. Drinking water must be brought with you. Bottled drinking water is available at the shops in Sulkava. The neighbouring cottages also use lake water as drinking water. This is therefore possible, but at your own risk. Pets are welcome! Please note that, despite cleaning, dog hair may still be found inside the cottage. There is an outdoor dry toilet (outhouse) in the upper part of the yard, next to the woodshed. Distances and nearby services The nearest shops, restaurants, cafés, pharmacy, library, gym, outdoor fitness stairs, bicycle rental and other services are in the centre of Sulkava, approximately 15 km away. Peace and harmony at Pikkumökki-cottage

Pikkumökki-cottage is a cosy, traditional log cottage with a magnificent view over the lake Saimaa. The cottage has an open common area (livingroom and kitchenette) and a sleeping alcove. Sauna is in the same building with an own entrance. There is no shower, but you wash yourself with a refreshing lakewater. There is no watertoilet, but traditional dry eco toilet in a separate building. A big terrace and a grill for barbeque. There is a small bungalow next to the cottage, with beds for two.

Mökki omassa rauhassa metsän keskellä, ei naapureita, kuitenkin moderneilla mukavuuksilla kuten juokseva lämmin vesi keittiöön, astianpesukone, takka ja sähkölämmitys. Puusaunasta voi pulahtaa uimaan jokeen, jota pitkin voi tehdä myös lyhyitä soutelureissuja. Hyvät ulkoilu-, kalastus-, sieni-, ja marjamaastot. Sivurakennuksesta löytyy omaa tilaa ja iso parivuode, ja päärakennuksesta levitettävä vuodesohva sekä parvelta sänky ja patja. Sähköinen ulkohuussi lämmityksellä. Ympärivuotinen kohde.

Narisevat puulattiat, puilla lämpiävät tulisijat ja vankat hirsiseinät. Yli 100-vuotiaalla Pihlaja-ahon torpalla voisi luullaa tipahtaneensa keskelle Suomi-Filmin kohtausta. Jos siis kaipaat vanhan ajan maalaistunnelmaa, niin olet tullut oikeaan paikkaan. Pihlaja-ahon torpalla pääset viettämään ainoana tilana Suomessa ainutlaatuista alpakkalomaa. Torpan 1,3 ha:n luonnonniittyjä laiduntaa kolme kilttiä alpakkapoikaa, joiden helposta hoidosta vastaat itsenäisesti ja oman aikataulusi mukaan.

Experience the traditional Finnish lake cottage life. This log cottage was built in the 1800's with hand carved logs. It is located on a beautiful lake shore with fantastic views. Here you can enjoy nature and total peace just a 10 min. car drive from Savonlinna centre. You have a good chance of spotting the endangered Saimaa ring seal, often swimming in front of the cottage. Both the cottage and the sauna are just a few meters from the lake shore. There is a rowing boat for guests to use.

Tunnelmallinen saunamökki Saimaan rannalla. Mökin ympäristössä laajat metsät tarjoavat upeat mahdollisuudet marjastukseen ja sienestykseen. Kalastaa voit mökin rannalta tai lähteä soutuveneellä järvelle. Pyöräilijälle löytyy kilometrikaupalla hiekkatietä ajettavaksi. Mökki sijaitsee Ruokolahden melontareitin (102km) varrella. Puusaunasta lyhyt matka uimaan. Ei juoksevaa vettä, juomavesi tuotava mukana. Pesuvedet kannetaan järvestä. Soutuvene käytettävissä.

One room apartmet. 1906 Built red brick warehouse building witch has been converted to 3 personnel apartments. Beside of Saimaan, around 600m to city center or Lappeenrannan harbour. Peaceful and green environment. Beach 500m but sun you can take at my green grass back yard at summer time. Big grocery store S-market (open 24/7) is another side of the street and fuel station 100m. We have car shelter and wifi for you.

House on the Rock

The House is located on the lake in the woods, 12 km from the main road #6. Location is very peaceful and scenic. It is integrated into the rocky landscape with a panoramic view over the lake through pines. There is also the second small house nearby- a wood-heated shore sauna with 2 beds, kitchenette and stairs to the lake. Location: Helsinki 300km, Imatra 42km, Savonlinna 96km
