The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Casuzza duci is a cosy house set in a splendid panoramic location overlooking the tyrrhenian sea and the mountains. Ideal place for a romantic couple or a family loving nature and searching tranquility. Two bedrooms with big windows and fan ceilings opened to the garden area and a luminous living room boosting wooden ceilings and mosaics floors. A kitchen corner surrounded by windows where to cook admiring the transparent sea. A garden to relax in a hamac and a fully equipped barbecue.

Beautiful stone house 'Lamia Doppia' in Puglia

Situada no Vale D’Itria, famoso pelos ‘trulli’ e pela produção de azeite extravirgem, a Lamia Doppia é uma construção antiga típica local e totalmente reformada. Encontra-se imersa entre oliveiras e escondida em um pequeno paraíso rural a apenas 20 minutos de praias de areia branca e mar turquesa, e a apenas 5km de um dos mais belos borgos da Itália: Cisternino. Um ótimo destino para qualquer época do ano, aqui pode-se aproveitar sempre do clima ameno e ensolarado do sul da Itália.

Immersa nella campagna di Taormina, a 10 minuti in auto dal Centro Storico e a 5 minuti in auto dal mare, la casa è dotata di una splendida piscina di acqua salata condivisa (aperta dal 1 Aprile al 31 Ottobre) e di un ettaro e mezzo di terreno interamente fruibile. E' composto da sala da pranzo, cucina attrezzata, camera da letto con 1 letto matrimoniale, 1 bagno ed ampio e panoramico terrazzo privato con vista sulla Valle dell'Alcantara e sull'Etna.

La struttura è ubicata in una zona riservata, utile per chi amano fuggire dal caos cittadino e dallo stress quotidiano. La casa vacanza, arredata con lo stile salentino, si affaccia sulla bellissima scogliera di Torre Nasparo, sul versante Adriatico della Puglia.

Cottage Donna Pina, Otranto centro

Cosy cottage in quiet, leafy cul-de-sac in the heart of Otranto. Bedroom, bathroom (with shower), living room/kitchenette, tiny private terrace. Air conditioned. Very close to the Cathedral, the Castle, the sea and the beaches. At the beginning of 2024 the walls were repainted with natural lime, USB sockets and a new refrigerator were installed.

Please notice we are unable to accommodate children or pets on our property This is the best option to enjoy Amalfi and Sorrento Coast. Our place is located on Lattari Mountain, a peaceful place on top of two of the most famous coasts of Italy. We are also 30 minutes away from Pompei.
