Boutique Hideaway Hayling boasts modern and luxurious accommodation and is just a short 5-minute walk to the beach. Everything you could need is close by including: trendy cafes, takeaways, a cocktail bar, ice cream parlour, gift shops, convenience stores as well as traditional pubs offering live music and tasty meals. The Boutique Hideaway is close enough for convenience but far enough away to enjoy a quiet restful experience making this the perfect base to enjoy what the island has to offer.

Studio/Cabin with en-suite shower and toilet, kitchen with microwave, fridge, small oven, toaster, kettle, cups and plates provided. Freeview TV, bed linen and towels heating and hot water included. Off road parking with own access to studio, a two minute walk to beach, local shops and Hayling Island beach. Would suit walkers and cyclists to explore the area. Dog allowed. No smoking. A new 5 foot pullout sofa bed has now replaced the old 4 foot bed for a more comfortable, sleeping experience.

The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Millefleurs, Charming, Spacious Cottage Bungalow

We hope Guests will enjoy the use of our house on beautiful Hayling Island. Our home is newly modified to allow separate private accommodation all on ground floor for easy access. 'Millefleurs' is located in the middle of the island so all the wonderful things the Island has to offer are but a short walk, drive or cycle. Come and enjoy the fresh air, seascape, relax, water sports. You can expect a warm welcome from Philip or Claudi who will be on hand during your stay should you need them.

Horizon View is a stunning beach house over three floors. It offers exceptional views of the beach, sea & Isle of Wight which never fail to impress whatever the weather or time of year. Be energised to walk , swim or partake in local water sports. Or choose to relax , sit and listen to the waves , watch the sun set in the lovely coastal garden with ample seating for social gatherings. The ground floor has been designed to offer an almost self contained area ideal for older family members .

Coastguard cottage overlooking the sea

Light filled cottage overlooking the sea, a stone's throw from Hayling's blue flag beach, mini railway and a beach café, and a 15 minute drive (or ferry ride!) from Portsmouth . The décor is chic yet cosy, and the accommodation has a surprisingly spacious feel for its footprint. There are 2 small sheltered back gardens with seating separated by an old washhouse/WC/kitchenette. Perfect for preparing an alfresco lunch, BBQ or afternoon tea in the garden! There is also an outdoor shower.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Comfortable lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. Converted loft with kingsized mattress accessed by electric staircase, fully sprung kingsized sofa bed in lounge area. The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. It's a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property. The creek is tidal.

Salterns Loft - spacious waterside apartment for 2

A tranquil retreat for two, Salterns Loft is a first-floor apartment equipped to a high standard. It is accessed through a separate entrance and up a spiral staircase. The large open-plan living area has a fully fitted kitchen and bi-fold doors opening onto a Juliet Balcony with great views over an extensive garden to Chichester Harbour, Tournerbury Woods and the South Downs beyond. The airy bedroom has a king-size bed with en-suite bathroom featuring walk-in shower and double sink.

Beach Lodge is located less than a minute’s walk from the prestigious, Blue Flag awarded, West Wittering Beach. With no queues or parking fees, Beach Lodge is the ultimate way to enjoy this beach. The surrounding areas including Chichester Harbour and the South Downs are perfect for cycling, walking and sightseeing. Beach Lodge provides a master bedroom with a luxurious King Size double bed and a twin room and should provide everything you need for a relaxing self-catering holiday.

Situated in the grounds of our Victorian family home, the newly converted 'Garden Rooms' occupy a separate self-contained building, furnished to a high standard, and perfect for coupes wishing to enjoy walking, cycling & sailing in the South Downs National Park. The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.

Claudia's stydio is located in respectable quiet road approx 200 m to the beach close to the local shops, ideal for kitesurfing and water sports and Sand parks play areas for children , Cycling track, nature reserves , funfair, BMX track and skatepark, ideal for walks . Indian and Chinese restaurants fish and chip shops Tesco's co-op sainsbury's lidl's are all within a short walk . for use of futon please book for three people as its a added expense

This property has luxurious private accommodation. It sleeps up to 4 people - perfect for either 2 people, 2 couples or a family. It is close to West Wittering beach, has many coastal walks, numerous family activities and restaurants. Please note that there are 2 other listings at Spindles having their own access and separate gardens. Spindles 3 bed with pool table sleeps up to 6 people and Spindles Annex sleeps 2. Excellent for extended families.
