Do you love waking up to the sounds of the surf? This iconic beach house is absolute beachfront at the quiet end of Inverloch's surf beach. Set back from the road, amongst a peaceful, native coastal garden, the home is very private and attracts beautiful birds. A large extended deck wraps around three sides of the 3 bedroom house featuring a Cathedral ceiling and polished pine floors. You will always be comfortable with a new split cycle system and large fireplace with plenty of firewood.

The Beachfront

5 mins across nature reserve to the beach (gentle surf) and views of Wilsons Prom. Modern, clean and easy to maintain. TV with HDMIs, CD player. Air Con/heater, wood stove. Sleeps 9 - 3 doubles, 3 singles with more on fold out couch. Table tennis room, playground across the road, lots of outdoor play space, wood burner, wifi, outdoor BBQ, shops and fuel minutes away. Walk to patrolled beach in summer. Shallow inlet 15 mins drive with boat launching, protected wind surfing and great walking.

Welcome to "THE LOOKOUT" an ocean view self contained apartment in the heart of Inverloch. With spectacular water views across Anderson Inlet, THE LOOKOUT is perfect for a relaxing coastal escape! With direct access to the coastal foreshore walking track - take a 5 minute stroll to enjoy the local cafes and restaurants. Be on the beach in seconds, enjoying the calm inlet waters or a 10 minute beach stroll to the main surf break. Note steep stair access info under Guest Safety.

The Beachhouse - Pet Friendly

The Beachhouse is warm and welcoming. It is private and very close to the beach and general store. Pet friendly is a big factor with off leash beach access only a short walk away. We provide bed linen and bath towels, a well stocked pantry, coffee machine and pods to keep you caffeinated. The Beachhouse is easy to clean and maintain, even if you have a dog. A great venue to relax in a beach environment, or as a base to explore the superb walks and scenery of Wilsons Prom.

We are an exceptionally well located beach house, situated 5 mins walk from the beach and 7 min walk from the town centre. We have open plan living, 2 undercover deck areas, free driveway/street parking. We sleep up to 4 guests including children and provide all linen for your stay (excluding beach towels).
