Home is very private towards the back of the lot, with a huge yard in the front and electric gate to enter. Parking for 2 cars is available inside the property. NO PARKING ON GRASS, NO PETS, NO SMOKING. Parties/big events are prohibited/not allowed. The back part of the property has stables with horses and is off limits so please DO NOT go near them.
