We've been living in the adjacent townhouse for 28 years. We're only a knock on the door or a phone call away if you need anything! This is a vibrant yet peaceful, culturally diverse area. Walking is ideal. One parking space is provided on site (just in front of unit -furthest one left facing Maynard Place) and a public transit stop is down the street. Located on a treelined residential street, within a 30 minute walk/10 minute drive to most major destinations on the Halifax Peninsula, including universities, hospitals, commons, and downtown core. Bus routes only steps away. Laundromat, grocery store, and shopping mall are also within walking distance. Perfect setup for two, can stretch up to four with the sofa bed in the main living space. There is ample, free parking on our street.
