While the studio is small (225 sq ft,) it is clean and cozy, and if anything is needed to make one's stay more comfortable, we will do what we can to accommodate requests.

We offer you a beautiful garden cottage setting with a guest apartment (w/ private access) in the lower level of our home. Guests have private access to hot tub, fire place and backyard garden patio until 11 pm. Walking distance to downtown. Our home is a safe space for folks from all minority and marginalized groups. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located basement apartment. The Central States Fairground, The Monument Civic Center, downtown Rapid City, and Rushmore Crossing are all within a 10 minute drive. We do have full-time tenants on the property with dogs. Some noise should be expected. The pets have their own dedicated space and contact with the pets should be minimal, if at all. We have one security camera located outside the entrance to the apartment.

Bunkhouse on the Prairie

Enjoy a peaceful countryside stay at our working family ranch. The bunkhouse has separate parking and entrance from the main house. The one bedroom features a king size bed and a pullout couch located in the main living space. The kitchenette includes a coffee pot, microwave and small refrigerator. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with shampoo and conditioner dispensers, and blow dryer. Full heat/AC and wifi. The bunkhouse is attached to our garage but completely separate from our house.

Black Hills Getaway

Rest and recharge at your Black Hills get away in this newly finished apartment. Enjoy the walk-in shower with 2 shower heads and then get a soothing night sleep on the top of the line mattress produced by Nectar. Kick back at the end of your night by trying out the retro arcade game or watching a movie accompanied by your own bucket of popcorn from the popcorn maker and supplies provided. All of this is centrally located within driving distance to all the sites and attractions!

Don't worry about parking, you have your own covered spot feet from the front door. Or if you feel like relaxing after a day exploring, stay in and relax, room to spread out. Fully equiped kitchen and laundry make longer stays much more comfortable. Very close to Monument Arena, SDSMT, and all of down town.
