Newly constructed in 2019, take in treetop views from the loft nest overlooking interesting architectural lines and a cleverly designed open kitchen-living space. This entire house with private, dedicated access allows you to come and go easily. We provide luxury linens, a sparkling clean house and all the amenities of home. We're located steps from the popular restaurants and shopping of South Congress! Please note: you must climb a spiral staircase to get to the guest house. The second bed is in a loft accessible with a ladder. You need solid mobility. This guest house was completed in 2019 and is perched above a spiral staircase to get to the main floor. You will also need to climb a loft ladder to utilize the second queen bed in the loft so we do want to make sure you're aware and comfortable doing so. The house has tons of natural light, high end furnishings and 20 foot vaulted ceilings! It was designed and built for guests to have all the amenities like luxurious bedding and fixtures right in the heart of classics like Guero's, The Continental Club, Hopdoddy's, Home Slice and more! The dedicated outdoor porch lets you start your day with a coffee from the in-unit Nespresso or Mañana, the coffee shop right next door. You can enjoy live music during the weekends at multiple spots nearby! You'll have access to the entire guest suite and dedicated porch with outdoor seating. This is a completely separate guest house and so you have fully private and separate entrance. Aside from normal workdays we're often available in person but we are always just a text or message away! Come and go easily with private access to this inviting Travis Heights guesthouse. The lively South Congress commercial area, the Rainey Street Historic District, quiet tree-lined streets great for walking, and the downtown area are all just minutes away. The dedicated outdoor porch lets you start your day with a coffee from the in-unit N-espresso or Manana, the coffee shop right next door. You can enjoy live music at the weekend at multiple spots nearby and lovely local shopping! Uber and Lyft are staples of transportation in Austin as well as scooters and bikes that you can pick up on the sidewalk. We are on an express bus line as well that can take you near and far. You're in the heart of it all and it's easy to get around. We also offer 1 on-site parking space if you choose to rent or drive in your own car. The hotel next door is a popular venue for events that take place often on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. This means there could be loud, live music for weddings and events. It ends by 11 pm on the weekends but be aware if you'd be disturbed by it. We love the energy it brings but it's not for everyone.

South Congress Apartment

Our apartment is perfect for the budget traveler. It's very clean and with about 500 square feet it is spacious enough for 2 guests, although there is a fold out couch if you need it. Be sure to use the pillow top and comforter located on top of the bookshelf next to the couch. My wife and I lived here before buying the main house on the property. It was a great place to live and gave us many happy years. I'm sure you will love it too! Located near Congress and Riverside, just a few blocks away from longtime Austin establishments such as Guero's Taco Bar, The Continental Club, Allen's Boots, and many other amazing restaurants, shops and music venues. The South Congress bridge, where the bats emerge at sunset every evening from March to October, is just a few more blocks away and leads directly into the downtown area only a mile from our apartment, all within walking distance. You can pick up the hike and bike trail at the bridge as well, and it runs for many miles around Lady Bird Lake. Public bike rentals are within a five minute walk on Congress Avenue. There is plenty of parking on the street in front of our house.

From start to finish our space is a delight! Inside a treasure of bespoke woodwork and thoughtful design creates a stunning 'traditional meets modern' space you will enjoy for its beauty and flow. It offers handpainted shiplap ceilings, real antique cedar/stone walls, custom cabinetry, dimmable lights, full kitchen, easy access outlets and a private entrance from the side courtyard, a lovely place to sit and enjoy our incredible edible yard with berries, figs, fruit, herbs, &veggies growing.

SoCo Love Loft

New guest house built in back of main house accessible by the back alley. Close to South Congress shopping area. Its completely separate from the front house , has one bedroom and a full bath downstairs with a full kitchen and living room upstairs. The kitchen has a combination microwave / convection oven and a two burner electric induction hot plate in the cabinets. All kitchen utensils , pots and pans, drip coffe maker , and electric kettle Are included in the kitchen. Pets under 25 lbs.

The SoCo (South Congress) Cottage Collection 3 is in a quiet, residential neighborhood, one block off South Congress. It is free standing studio (no shared walls), boasting a comfortable queen bed, small kitchenette, Amazon Fire TV w/ Amazon Prime, High-Speed Wifi, a full (nicely updated!) bathroom, and your own private front door entry with a keypad. The space can also be booked with sister cottages on the property if needed, and is an excellent place to call home while you're in town!

Located just a few blocks from bustling S. Congress Avenue, the casita is nestled in a peaceful historic estate under a canopy of trees, featuring a private, enclosed patio with a hammock, a seasonal fountain, a colorful wall of flowers, and a lounge area. Linger over morning coffee or enjoy an afternoon siesta with birdsong to lull you to relaxation. Walk to South Congress and enjoy shopping, dining, and live music, then back to the cool, cozy casita for a peaceful night's sleep.

Light-Filled Loft near Lady Bird Lake

Escape to this private studio, detached from our main home. The Lady Bird Lake hike & bike trail is right outside, where you can use our bikes, paddleboards, and kayaks. Open the blackout cellular shades to feel suspended among the trees & see Monk parakeets, and many other birds. This studio makes excellent use of the space above our 2-car garage with an elegant bathroom, organic mattress, & butcher block countertops. 2G Google Fiber wifi It's tight for 3 or 4 people.

Brand new Swedish modern haven - perfect home base to explore Austin. Walk to downtown and East Side venues, food trucks, bars, shuttles, bike path and Town Lake.
