The guest house itself has a modern feel with a new bathroom, a table and chairs and a new, comfy queen-sized bed. You will also have access to a patio with an outdoor dining area and a pretty garden.

In the kitchen there is a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, mini air fryer oven, fridge, induction hob, pots and pans. With beautiful armchairs and a bistro table to eat, work or just sit back to enjoy the smart TV with Netflix, BBC iPlayer, etc. Outside there is a small private garden too.

This is a lovely converted barn which we spent many years in and now have outgrown. The barn has one living & dining area, kitchen, hallway, one bathroom and 2 bedrooms. There is a small courtyard to enjoy sitting outside in the summer. We’re extremely close to Cambridge - you can cycle into the centre of town within 25 minutes along a path next to the river Cam. *We will potentially supply a couple of push bikes, if this is something you’re interested in please notify me in advance.

The studio is a non-smoking space, it has a kitchenette with fridge and microwave, a comfy chair, a king size bed, a bathroom with shower, and for any music lovers, a piano.

Buntings Barn

Get away from it all and stay at a country retreat, complementary breakfast basket, water, tea coffee sugar milk and biscuits and snacks. Fresh Pizza menu available, and wine or Prosecco for guests staying on a Friday or Saturday night. Not far from Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds, village location offering two pubs in walking distance, very close to Clare, Long Melford and Lavenham.

The Hutch

The Hutch is a totally self contained, newly renovated annex attached to the back of our house. We are situated in the heart of the village, a short walk from a shop, cafe and the village pubs. We are only 13 miles from Cambridge, so perfect for anyone visiting or working in Cambridge or the surrounding area.
