Ancienne maison de caractère fin 18eme récemment rénovée. Le logement proposé correspond aux 2/3 de la bâtisse, côté gauche. Les hôtes peuvent profiter d'une entrée privative et de pièces de vie entièrement dédiées. A l'extérieur le calme de la campagne permet de se ressourcer. Côté activité : un billard, jeux de sociétés, terrain de pétanque, vélo, proximité des animaux. La maison est située à 18 km de Bayeux, 25 km de Caen et des plages du débarquement, à 1 heure du Mont Saint Michel.

Mini gîte "Le petit fournil" en Normandie

Notre ancien fournil est une partie de notre corps de ferme. Au rez - de - chaussée, il est pourvu d'une cuisine équipée et d'une salle de douche avec toilettes. A l'étage, une chambre mansardée dispose de 3 lits indépendants. A l'extérieur, nos hôtes ont accès à une terrasse privée avec du mobilier de jardin. La wifi est gratuite. Un petit déjeuner (pain paysan, confiture) est proposé sur demande pour 5 euros par personne. Proche de la voie verte, les promeneurs apprécieront cette halte.

Maison mitoyenne à celle des propriétaires d'une surface de 90m2 située au cœur du bocage en pleine nature et à 5km de Villedieu-les-Poêles, cité du cuivre, train direct depuis Paris. Les personnes en quête de nature, aimant la mer et la campagne, l'histoire, les sports nautiques, la marche et le VTT vont y trouver leur bonheur. Ce gîte idéalement placé pour visiter la région à 35min du Mt St-Michel et de Granville avec liaisons aux iles anglo-normandes et à 1h des plages du débarquement.

Attention il y a quatre escaliers dans la maison ce qui pourrait embêter certaines personnes. Profitez de la quiétude de notre maison secondaire, où vous y trouverez une décoration atypique composée d'objets en tous genres. Elle est aménagée pour recevoir 6 à 8 personnes. Vous pourrez apprécier le jardin arboré de 2700 m². L’été: feux de camps, barbecues. L’hiver: poêle à bois. La maison se situe à l'entrée d’un petit village Normand de 400 habitants. Les animaux ne sont pas autorisés.

In the heart of the country yet close to tourist spots like Mont Saint Michel (25mins), Medieval town Fougieres, Saint Malo & 5 min drive from the chateau de la Rouerie. Bikes also available. Massage treatments available. When the gites aren’t open this is run as an art retreat.
