A great two bedroom, two bathroom condo located on Sugarloaf Mountain directly on the Shuttle Route. Park your car when you arrive and leave it! Walk to the lift across the parking lot or grab the shuttle right outside your door to get to the main lodge, restaurants, bars, groceries, Sugarloaf Outdoor Center, and the list goes on! Apres ski at any number of the hot spots then head for the heated indoor pool house for a swim. Mountain Bike trails network right outside your door!

Note: the sauna and hot tubs are NOT available in the summer and fall. On a dead-end street abutting Brackett Brook in Snowbrook Village, it is quiet and secluded. We are right next to the cross-country skiing, walking/hiking, mountain biking and snowshoeing trails. Walk approximately 700’ (2-3 minutes) to the Snubber ski lift or take the free shuttle that stops at the corner of the road and our parking lot every 20-30 minutes, depending on time of day.
