Copt Heath Cottage is a 200 year old oak beamed house in a quiet cul-de-sac. With tapestries, patchwork quilts and period furniture throughout it is ideal for a cosy getaway for 1-5 people. Our house is run on 100% renewable energy. The cottage is near greenery, a golf course and canals. Right outside there are extensive bus links and it is only 10 minutes walk from the vibrant village centre of Knowle and 10mins drive from the NEC/Airport, it’s not under the flight path though so it’s quiet.

Located in Knowle next to Grimshaw Hall which was built in 1560 with private views overlooking the lake, down a private road with car park and a separate private entrance. Our cosy cottage sits within the grounds of our home, which used to form part of the Grimshaw Hall estate. It has secluded private views with use of its own garden area with table and chairs on a private decking area. We are located 10 mins from the NEC and airport, 3 mins from J5 M42. The Grand Union Canal runs to the rear.

A cottage built in 1870, with use of extensive gardens, in the courtyard of a medieval Manor House, having beautiful views over the open countryside. The rooms are sunny and airy, with your comfort in mind. Featuring a kingsize bed and a double sofa bed in the lounge. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. Logs and a log burner are there for you to get cosy. Pleasant walks begin from the doorstep with maps provided. Peaceful but close to the M42 and rail networks.

Cherry Tree Cottage is ideal for that staycation, a base for visiting local attractions or a base for those working away from home.

It is a 20 minute walk to Stratford upon Avon centre with the RSC theatre, river and local tourist attractions. You are also welcome to bring your well behaved pet(s) on holiday too. An ideal base for visits to the Cotswolds, Leamington Spa and many National Trust properties.

The studio is situated in the garden of a 100 year old canal cottage. It is a bright and airy self contained space with your own entrance and patio doors onto the garden. The room has an ensuite wet room with an electric shower and toilet and sink. The main room has a sink, microwave, kettle, toaster, TV, fridge, wifi, wardrobe and a comfy double bed. Note...no HOB. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
