Enjoy hiking on our local trailheads (2mi), golfing & rock climbing at Montlake Golf Course/Stone Fort Bouldering (5.1mi). Visit downtown Chattanooga where you can enjoy the Aquarium, historical sites, fine dining, local restaurants, weekend entertainment, & annual riverfront events (15mi). Thank you!

Gray Creek Cabin

Unplug, unwind, and immerse yourself in nature at this private creekside cabin. Nestled deep in the woods and surrounded by trees and birdsong, this peaceful retreat is the perfect escape from everyday life—yet only 35 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. Step outside and you’ll hear the gentle flow of the creek just steps away. Sip your morning coffee on the porch, soak in the hot tub under the stars, or simply enjoy the quiet serenity of the forest. This cabin was made for slowing down.

The Nest by the River

This private, romantic house is the perfect getaway for couples. Constructed in 2017, this two story house is set in the backdrop of the Tennessee River gorge. Oversized glass windows on both floors provide breathtaking view of the river and surrounding mountains. Just 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga and five minutes from kayak and stand up paddle boarding rentals as well as hiking trails. Please only those 21 and up. Please note the house is up in a hill, the driveway is steep.

Northshore Home, Next to Park, Hiking/Biking

This home is 1-2 miles from downtown, aquarium, and central Chattanooga activities. It sits less than a block from the entrance to a large park with dog park, playground, trails and connector to Stringers Ridge hike/bike trail. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. The house has hardwood floors, charm, and a bright and comfortable living space. We live nearby and are available as needed. Washer/dryer are available in the basement on request. Pet policy below.

Enjoy our cozy remodeled home conveniently located in Hixson and 20 minutes from all the amenities in Downtown Chattanooga. Gleaming hardwood floors, beautifully appointed kitchen and baths, and open dining to a secluded screened porch. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping located 5 minutes away if you don't plan on cooking. Chester Frost State Park only minutes away with public boat ramps, swimming, and other water activities. This home almost has EVERYTHING!!

Comfy, Quaint 3bed, You will want to call HOME

Our beautiful quiet home is located minutes from downtown Chattanooga and just down the street from Northgate mall. Our fantastic deck is a great place to relax and enjoy nature. The house we are offering is a great size and very comfortable. There is a full kitchen with a microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and refrigerator. You will have full access to the deck and very close to lots of shopping. This is our home also. We live in a separate basement apartment.

Lullwater Retreat

Come enjoy the Lullwater Retreat while exploring the heart of Chattanooga. Just a quick drive or bike ride, if preferred, to Downtown Chattanooga & North Shore where you can experience the Chattanooga Aquarium, The Hunter Art Museum or shopping Chattanooga's best local business owners on Frazier Ave. Stay with us in our relaxing oasis away from the hustle and bustle.
