What started as a love for animals, soon grew into a love for hosting, hospitality, and watching the face of a child light up as they see a goat eye to eye for the first time! The view from this cabin is beautiful! Either sit on the living room couch or on the deck and enjoy the lovely view of the lake. It is situated on a level, wooded lot that is a great getaway. Perfect for paddle boarding, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, etc. We have a paddle boat and a flat bottom boat with a trolling motor for guests to use. In close vicinity to hiking, off-roading, paragliding, rock climbing and many other activities. Deerhead Lake in Dunlap is 55 mins from Chattanooga, TN.

The Cabin

Our cabin is fully furnished with two bedrooms, a open loft, two full bathrooms and a half bath, kitchen, laundry room, and a full basement on 9+ acres. The driveway is approximately 300 feet from boat ramp access to the Tennessee River. There’s also a separate covered shed for a boat and/or parking. There are lots of indoor and outdoor games, a grill for outdoor cooking, two fire pits, a large deck, a nature observation tower, 2 kayaks and a canoe, and a variety of swings to enjoy.
