The apartment (Penthouse) has a vertical garden terrace, a bedroom with a 1.60 x 2.0 meter double bed, wardrobes and a safe. A living room with sofa, 4K TV, cable channels and Netflix, Rotel bluetooth sound system and mini bar with free drinks available for guests. Kitchen equipped with: Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Induction hob, Toaster, Kettle and Nexpresso. Full bathroom including bidet and shower, hairdryer and amenities (shower gel, shampoo and body cream), iron and ironing board.

The house is located 19km from Porto and 28km from the airport. It emerges on a hill in front of one of the most beautiful bends on the Douro river. You can enjoy not only the house, but also the terrace overlooking the river, the lush gardens around it, the pool area and also 2 barbecue areas. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. If you want to explore the property, there are also areas where we grow crops or fruit trees, do not hesitate to help yourself to some fresh fruits!

Na zona envolvente podem realizar caminhadas na natureza, passeios pelo rio Douro e Paiva, visitar os Passadiços do Paiva ou descobrir os encantos das Montanhas Mágicas. Serão recebidos pelo anfitrião Vitó que, sendo local e conhecendo a zona, vos ajudará a descobrir os encantos da região.

Este é um espaço único, com uma vista deslumbrante sobre a cascata e natureza envolvente. Ideal para um fim de semana de aventuras! Venha preparado para pouca rede de telemóvel e Wi-Fi lento, uma vez que o local é isolado. Por outro lado, o som da natureza ganha uma dimensão fantástica, a água do rio e os pássaros envolvem nos totalmente. O acesso é feito (nos últimos 500m) por caminho em terra e é necessário estar atento as indicações que lhe fornecemos para que não se perca.

Also located at 2 km from Rio Douro, were you can enjoy a fantastic boat ride, water ski, wakeboard etc... Free fresh bread every morning.

Located in Paredes, in a small village of the Northern Region of Portugal, 20 minutes away from the center of Porto and 30km from the airport. There is a train station 900m away.
