It benefits from a secluded patio to the side of the property It sleeps two people in one open plan space so, is ideal for couples or friends alike. It has a modern kitchen and en suite shower room. There is facility to store and dry wet gear. A short walk to the Dinorben Arms. Close to the Offa’s Dyke trail. Airbnb have changed how they collect fees. Prices haven’t gone up I promise. Our Shepherds Hut newly built in 2021 sleeps 2 people and nestles nicely into it's own private space just next to the house, which is in a gorgeous rural location in the heart of Snowdonia national park. This hut has electricity, central heating, and hot water making it a cosy and warm place to stay all year round. There is an outdoor firepit/BBQ with table and bench to sit and eat, where you can take in the beautiful view. It's a perfect location for keen walkers and popular area for cyclist's.

Take your pick of beaches within 10min in the car, and of course, Portmeirion is 30mins walk. The ffestiniog railway passes the bottom of the drive and the nearest zip world is 15min away.

A very unique cosy property converted from an old stone outbuilding. The cottage is on the bank of the Caseg river and surrounded by a quiet garden, providing an excellent retreat, while only 5 minutes walk from the amenities of the local village Bethesda. Take a local walk in the Ogwen valley, to Zip World or access climbing, walking, mountain biking and kayaking activities in Snowdonia directly from the cottage. A relaxing evening soak in the hot tub can be recommended.

The Old Gun Room is a sympathetically refurbished self contained annex to an 1840s home set in land and gardens in the Shropshire Lakelands a mile from the village of Welshampton and near to the town of Ellesmere. This is a fully self contained holiday let with an en-suite bedroom with king size bed, kitchen diner with log burner and seating area. There is ample off road parking and access to the gardens, which have been opened for the National Garden Scheme, and croquet
