Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

An ideal base to explore Norfolk, access via a farm track with ample parking, just 20 miles from Norwich and The Broads, 40 minutes to the coast. A newly converted barn sleeping up to 4 (flexible bedroom twin or king plus dbl sofa in lounge ) , complete with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table & outdoor seating area. There are blackout blinds & a comfy seating area. Outside, enjoy the animals.

Private patio which leads out to 4 acre small holding, all fenced in so let your dog have a run if you like (I have two spaniels that might want to say hello). Peppers is a cosy, self contained one bedroom area with separate lounge, shower room and patio area. A welcome basket with a variety of breakfast items is provided for the first morning of your stay. East Harling is a lovely village close to Snetterton with Norwich & Bury St Edmunds just a short drive away. The village boasts two pubs serving food, a bakery, fish & chip shop, Chinese take-away and grocery store. The English Whisky Distillery Company is just up the road.

Welcome to our beautiful oak framed annex in the garden of our cottage, looking over fields at the front and onto the garden at the rear. It is a large, comfortable , light filled space with quality furnishings and original art throughout. I am an artist and have a studio in the garden that you are welcome to visit. There is a large garden with pleached trees and cottage garden style planting . We are tucked away down a quiet no-through road in the heart of the village.

Coppins Barn is a cosy two bedroom barn conversion in the midst of the tranquil Breckland countryside. Perfect to explore the beautiful Norfolk region from, or to simple curl up on the sofa and recharge the batteries! The barn adjoins the owners home via a conservatory, but offers total privacy with its own patio and unspoilt views. It is the ideal base for watching wildlife, cycling on quiet country lanes or walking along the many local footpaths.
