This ground floor apartment is double glazed and offers comfortable accommodation. please note that if 2 people are staying and wish to use both bedrooms then an additional fee ($40) is charged for linen and 2nd bathroom use Nearby are a multitude of attractions and eateries. Braemar Cottage is a fully self-contained spacious unit in the lovely Snells Beach. It has a gorgeous ocean view over Kawau Bay. Snells Beach is about an hour's north of Auckland and perfect for a quiet relaxed getaway. There are plenty of things to do nearby from visiting charming country cafes and wineries, or shopping at the local farmer's markets, or even taking a day trip to explore Kawau Island. If you want to explore or relax closer to the cottage, the beach is only 500m away.

Enjoy the view from this recently renovated beachfront apartment. This 1 bedroom with en suite apartment is located right on the reserve with direct access to the tidal beach. It has a kitchen/dining and living room open space with access to a patio with a spa pool (private use), outdoor dining set up and BBQ. The shopping mall is just up the street. You can bring your boat, park and launch it nearby. PLEASE NOTE: from August 16 to October 6 2025, the hot tub will not be operational

There’s plenty to do in the surrounding area with numerous bush walks and beaches to explore including Snells Beach itself, Sandspit and Algies Bay and the Mahurangi Reserve.

Our space is great for travelers who enjoy wineries, breweries, cafes, beaches, walks, cinema (boutique), Saturday markets, Goat Island and a variety of places to visit and explore within easy distance. Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have a great new grocery shop and a local pub within walking distance.
