Ólafsvík - one bedroom apartment # 3

This one bedroom apartment is in a rebuilt house in Ólafsvík,on Snæfellsnes peninsula with it´s magnificent nature. The apartment is on the ground floor with a private entrance and a veranda. A key box by the door for check in. The apartment is 45 sq.m. and has light decor with a living room and open kitchen. Bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a bunk bed. The bathroom has a walk in shower, a washer and dryer. Short walk to the harbour, swimmingpool, supermarket and restaurant.

Snæfellsjökull Apartments

The apartments are located at a former US Coast Guard Loran C base at Gufuskálar. Gufuskálar has a rich history since first settlers came to Iceland over 1000 years ago. The views from the apartments are great with ocean view on one side and the lava fields and Snæfellsjökull Glacier on the other side. Gufuskálar sits about 2.5 km from the nearest village so light pollution is at a minimum for viewing norther lights in the winter. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need.

Kópatjörn - Your moment in nature

At this location you will experience complete tranquility, surrounded by beautiful nature to all sides as well as feeling like you are alone in the universe. The building is a renovated ice house that used to serve the fishing families back in the day when Krossavik harbour still served the local community. From there you may see Snæfellsjökull Glacier, over the atlantic ocean towards Látrabjarg and the west fjords, the lava fields of the national park and auroras. Breakfast included.

Hella outside town home - Glacier view

Hella is a place that is nice to stay at. The apartment is 120 sqm wich includes three bedrooms, in two of the rooms are beds (160x200cm) and you can see Hellissandur and the beautiful Atlantic ocean out the windows. One of the bedroom has a bunk bed. One bathroom, very spacious living room with panorama view of the glacier Snæfellsjökull and a large equipped kitchen. Things that you can do while you stay here is take a walk to Ingjaldshólskirkja and many other fun thing.

Brimnes - Peace, art & nature by the national park

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The location is second to none; from there you can see over the Atlantic Ocean towards Látrabjarg in the Westfjords, Snæfellsjökull Glacier, the cliffs of Hellissandur, and over the lava fields of the National Park. Fall asleep to the ocean and wake up to birds. If your dream is to have nature and plenty of space all to yourself, this historical and diy renovated Ice-house is the place for you. Breakfast is included.

The house and porch faces the Atlantic, giving an unobstructed, front-row view of the sea and the glacier. There are no buildings between the house and the horizon. For the eclipse, this means the sky will be open in every direction. A house comprising two fully self-contained apartments — each with its own kitchen, bathroom, living area, and private entrance. Bright and beautiful house with a view of many beautiful mountains at sight. You can see Kirkjufell the a famous Icelandic milestone mountain from the farmhouse. The house is warm and cosy and has a big living room, fully stocked kitchen, a good sofa and a tv. There is a soccer field at the property ideal for the kids to play.
