Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. Bright and spacious, sleeps 4 and has a well-equipped kitchen for cosy cooking together. 1 min to the beach and 5 min to golf. Perfect for summer outdoor living or cosy winter days by the fire. Embrace simple seaside life—read, write, draw, swim or walk. Watch rabbits, squirrels, birds, and deer wander by. This is a house to relax in. Close to popular eatery Pärlan.

Vi hyr ut vårt trevliga och rymliga sommarhus i Smygehamn med närhet till strand, butik och restauranger. Finns gott om utrymme och plats för både stora & små. Så långt söderut du kan komma i Sverige! Facilititer - Bastu, badtunna, boulebana Huset ligger ca 100m från stranden och ca 500 m till badbrygga. Smygehamn är Sveriges sydligaste plats & här finns affär, restaurang & glasskiosker. Närhet till fler pärlor och badstränder längst kusten. OBS! Husdjur är tillåtna utifrån samråd med oss.

Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Huset mitt i Bokskogen, Torup utan grannar men närheten till allt. Närheten till golf i världsklass, 5 minuter till Bokskogens GK, 10 minuter till PGA National. 25 minuter till Malmö city och 8 minuter till alla faciliteter i Svedala där du även tar tåget till Köpenhamn eller Malmö. Från lugnet i skogen till stränderna i Höllviken och Falsterbo på 25 minuter. Njut av lugnet i skogen men där allt finns inom en arms räckhåll.

Lovely and newly built modern apartment with all the facilities you need. Located in a peaceful area close to supermarkets, parks and beautiful nature. At same time close to the heart of Malmö. Highway is 5 min away and free parking in front of the house is available. There is one queen-size bed for two persons and on the second floor there is two single beds. Longer terms staying guests will have access to laundry room.

Bra frukost är möjligt och beställs vid ankomst.

Helt nyrenoverad vackert inredd lägenhet med alla bekvämligheter, bäddad säng, en generös frukost väntar i kylskåpet till din första morgon i huset, som du kan inta på den fina uteplatsen om du vill. I huset finns allt man behöver för att vistas längre eller kortare tid. Städning efter din vistelse sköter vi. Veberöd ligger mitt i södra Skåne, så det är nära till Österlen, Ystad, Köpenhamn, Malmö och det mesta faktiskt!

Cottage by the field

Enjoy the peaceful view of the fields and horses. Take a walk to the ocean and enjoy the beautiful and tranquil surroundings of Östra Torp. The small house has a fully fitted kitchen, dining space in an open space solution. Sleeping quarters with a double bed on the loft and two beds (one as possible pull out double bed) on ground floor. A private outdoor space for BBQ and sunset hangout.

Charmigt brygghus på Österlen

Bo centralt på Österlen strax utanför byn Skåne-Tranås på en mindre gård med utsikt över fält och hagar. Huset är omsorgsfullt renoverat med fokus på charm och personlighet. Närheten till flera underbara stränder, golfklubbar, naturreservat, mat- och fikaställen samt till Österlens olika sevärdheter gör det enkelt att ta sig runt med bil eller buss. Wi-Fi med mobilt bredband.
