It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Historic City Center Apartment | 1 min from bus

This modern apartment includes a full (eat-in) kitchen, a combined bedroom and living area with a comfortable pull-out couch, and a recently updated bathroom. Apartment is located on the first floor and situated in the historical city center. It's ideal for couples especially if they are arriving by bus because it is one minute walk from the central bus station. Apartment is very well equipped. Dishwasher and washer-dryer are located in the kitchen and TV in the air conditioned living room.

Villa Martina is part of whole Villa Bellevue, however it is completely separate house with it's own spaces. House has a private parking enclosed with automatic driveway gate and house wall. Private garden consists of outdoor BBQ, playground for children and unique dog house for pets. Indoor premises offer stylish and modern design, overall house consists of living room with kitchen and dining area, three bedrooms, one of which is designated for kids and teenagers, two bathrooms and loggia.

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

Luxuriously equipped brand new apartment in a brand new building. It is located in center of Omišalj and it has a beautiful view on its old town and Kvarner bay. It has 2 bedrooms for four persons and it is possible to accommodate two more on sofa bed in the living room. Center of Omišalj is 200 m away. Rijeka Airport is 5 km away. Beach is 2 km away.
