The Post Office transports you to another time and place, our heritage-listed accomodation is the heart of the beautiful town of Waratah. Opposite the Waratah Waterfall, The Post Office offers views of Mount Pearce and the expansive Happy Valley, which stretches out into the Tarkine wilderness. Waratah is nestled in a wilderness-rich pocket of Tasmania's North West and is the perfect base from which to explore the Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park and the ancient Tarkine wilderness.

Situated right by the main highway in Crayfish Creek. Being right next to highway there is some traffic noise. Checkout 10.30 am.

A lovely farm experience, but still close to town & many local attractions.

There is a small garden providing herbs and usually some seasonal vegetables for you to use. Absolute beach frontage for your enjoyment- fishing, walking or swimming. View magical sunsets and sunrises in this unique part of the world. A great base to explore the iconic North West environment.

A short walk to charming Stanley main street in one direction and the Stanley Golf Club in the other. With a spacious open plan kitchen and living area, along with a separate large sitting room, there is plenty of space for the whole family. We are pet friendly. Lots of room for kids and pets to run around the backyard. Close to a 900m2 block.

Mount View Marrawah

This unique place has a style all of its own. Nestled into the hill on the highest part of our farm sits our newly built 1 bedroom cottage. The space has a fully equiped kitchen, washer dryer combo, internet, smart tv and heating and cooling. Whilst it is only 1 bedroom with a queen bed the sofa does pull out into a bed should you require an additional guest or travelling with a friend. We have tried to make the most of the space to make it comfortable & relaxing.

A cosy granny flat ( studio ) with all the basic comforts for self catering, with private entrance in rural surroundings. The town of Smithton is in walking distance. Our family live on the property but you'll enjoy complete privacy. It's a great space for an overnight stopover or short term stay. Also ideal for anyone coming to the area for work purposes. Sanibonani means "Hello" in Zulu and we hope you will feel welcome and very much at home in our cottage.
