Phillips Street Loft is a fully renovated Carriage house with original wood floors and 1921 large porcelain bath tub (no shower but has a sprayer). There are two oak twin beds. It is upstairs with a lovely view of the church and flower gardens. It is nestled in the Brick Street Village next door to Crafts & Quilting, Etc. and within walking distance is a coffee Shop & other shops. A Book Nook is downstairs for your reading pleasure & guests are invited to sit on the rock patio for quiet time.
