Welcome to our apartment on the 10rd floor of the Belgrade Waterfront complex! Our apartment is everything you need when you are looking for a large independent rental with maximum privacy. The apartment is perfect for large families or four couples, two more guests can be accommodated on the extra beds. This already well-known complex offers you romantic walks along the banks of the Sava River, different cafes, restaurants, night clubs and shops - everything is just a step away from you.

This is the perfect place to experience Belgrade be it business or pleasure. The studio is very small (13m2) but offers everything you'll need for a short and comfortable stay. Located in the heart of historic part of the city, you will be a short walk away from unique restaurants, shops & art galleries. Right next to the building is Kalemegdan which is the largest park and the most important historical monument in Belgrade, 10 min walk through the park and you are in the Main Street.

Belgrade story

The apartment is full renovated a few months ago and everything is brand new. In the bedroom there is a large comfortable double bed and one big sofa bed in the living room. All in discreet led light. In the kitchen you can enjoy a modern flat-screen cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and a large bar table. The bathroom is glazed with marble ceramics, it is very compact and clean. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, towels, hygiene sets.

City loft

My guests will be checked in online at the police station. Apartment is within a walking distance to the city centre (2 km to Saint Marks Church) and is well connected with trams. Nearby is a market, bakeries, rastaurants. The main street called Bulevar kralja Aleksandra is very famous street with lots of shops, cafes and historical buildings. My apartment is in an old building, on the 3. floor (by serbian standards high ground floor is uncountable), no elevator.

Studio Marija

Prijatni studio od 15 m2 u centru grada na opštini Vračar. Idealan za samce i parove sa maksimalnim kapacitetom za četiri osobe. U blizini se nalazi javni parking na 100 m. Studio je opremljen za prijatan boravak, ne poseduje kuhinju ali ima frižider, mikrotalasnu i sve potrebno za pripremu toplih napitaka. Studio se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini muzeja Nikole Tesle, Tašmajdanskog parka i trga Slavija. Ova lokacija se smatra jednom od najboljih u Beogradu.
