Tiny, romantic, timber frame

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. Please drive slow for children and animals. Please book both weekend nights during weekend stays, May-Oct. Thank you!

Full one bedroom apartment in my house, with a separate entrance on the side, dog and cat friendly. House is off of the main road on a secluded, wooded lot. Great location- a few minutes to Cornell and Ithaca College, 10 mins to downtown, and lots of options for hiking, skiing and mountain biking trails. 2 miles from Brookton's Market with fresh food, beer, coffee. We welcome people of all races, ethnicity, gender or sexual orientation.

This apartment is located in the basement of a family home. It is a self-contained private unit with a separate entrance, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and washer/dryer and a living space. The property is fenced and has a pool for use in the summer and a pond with fish to feed. Friendly dogs are welcome (the owners have a friendly beagle-basset who loves to meet other dogs). Please note that we have ducks who free range in the yard.
