Visit North Georgia & the foothills of the Blueridge Mountains. Sunshine Cottage is like visiting your grandma's house. Plenty of books, games and a little of the past in this over 100-year-old home! Just a 14-minute walk, or 3-minute drive to downtown Clayton. Spend an evening on the screened in porch, play cards in the game room while listening to some music or enjoy breakfast with family in the kitchen. SO much to do in the area such as hiking, kayaking or shopping, or visit a winery.

Secluded Waterfall Cabin.

Romantic, rustic cabin at the base of a 35-foot waterfall, nestled in the middle of 16 secluded acres surrounded by national forest that extends to the Chattooga River. This magical get-away caters to those with an adventurous spirit. Hike from the cabin to additional waterfalls, bike down Turkey Ridge Road to Opossum Creek Trail and the Five Falls or drive two miles to the Chattooga Belle Farm. The Waterfall Cabin is a joy to us all, and we hope you love it as much as we do. No cleaning fee.

Plenty to do - local hikes, fishing, and a mountain coaster and tubing year round at Highlands Outpost just a few minutes down the road. Highlands is only 10 miles away for a mountain city adventure.

The loft offers privacy, pretty views and lots of yard to roam, yet it is still close to great hiking, waterfalls and parks, incredible restaurants and lots of shopping. You’ll love our place because of the high ceilings, the views, the location, and the wide open space. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (with fee). We do have two dogs that roam the property. Ralphy is a dachshund and tank is an energetic black lab.

The Extra House

We have a comfortable Extra House we call it. Extra cozy extra cute Extra House. The house is right on the Tallulah River in Towns County. There is fishing/swimming hole about 100 ' up river and a waterfall up a trail behind the Big House about a 30 minute hike up and back. Longer if you jump in the falls. Trout fishing out the door and 6 miles of fishing along the main road. We have a 250' zipline into a swiming pond or get off before the water. Lots of hiking trails and waterfalls.

Mountain Top Hideaway

Welcome to our rustic cabin with mountain top views at an elevation of 4,000ft. The cabin is located between Franklin and the Highlands/Cashiers area. There is an abundance of waterfalls/ hiking trails nearby along with the local favorite, gem mining. The covered back deck has panoramic views of the Great Smoky Mountains with rocking chairs and outdoor dining. Our cabin provides a very quiet and private getaway for couples and families. Our charming and private cottage is perfect for your Blue Ridge retreat! This 1950s cabin has been fully updated but retains its quaint midcentury mountain charm. Minutes from the amenities of Cashiers, Highlands, and Lake Glenville, you'll be treated to lake and mountain views, a spacious front porch, a backyard fire pit, a vintage wood-burning stove, and a cozy bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you'll need to prepare meals as well as coffee appliances.
