Villa Zoro with a lovely garden and a private POOL

The villa Zoro is situated in the middle of Istria near Pazin. The place is small with very lovely inhabitants. The surface of a villa is 70 m2 with two floors. On the ground floor is kitchen, upstairs are bedrooms.The important thing is a spacious garden with a pool of 48 m2, and barbecue with an outside furniture. The entire experience of your vacation will be complemented by the Istrian style of the garden surrounded by greenery. In front of the entrance to the garden there is a parking lot.

Preko noći dogrijavanje bazenske vode odrađuje dizalica topline. Oko bazena i jaccuzi-ja je postavljen drveni decking. Ne mora Vas brinuti loše vrijeme, temp. vode i zimi bude ugodna za kupanje kao i zrak oko bazena. Imate saunu i kamin. Villa Julijud ima izvrstan pogled na čisto noćno nebo sa zvijezdama.

Miran ambijent okružen prirodom udaljen od mora 5 km. Kamena kuća sa hrastovim namještajem na 3 etaže, sa velikim otvorenim prostorima. S prekrasnim pogledom na more i Alpe. U neposrednoj blizini vlasnici imaju proizvodnju sira pa se mogu degustirati različiti autohtoni sirevi. Također na livadama u blizini mogu se vidjeti ovce kako pasu. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.
