Located on beautiful Damariscotta Lake, "Loon Lodge" is a rustic cabin from another era. Fall asleep to the sound of crickets and frogs and wake every morning to the call of the lake's many loons. The cabin is 30 minutes from Augusta and 15 minutes from Damariscotta. Hiking enthusiasts will enjoy climbing the Camden Hills-a quick 45 minute drive from the lake. You’ll love my place because of the views, the ambiance, the people, and the location. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

Best view on the Lake! 500' of frontage out on a point. Private boat launch and dock site available. Covered deck to watch the sunset. Outdoor firepit, as well as indoor gas insert. Propane grill on site. Plenty of parking available. In the winter, ideal location for snowmobiling and ice-fishing. Right on to the lake and then 4 locations to get on local/ITS trails. Great fishing 200’ from the porch. Once the ice is out, hit the black crappie and Smallies from the convenience of a private launch

Bayview Suite is the perfect getaway! Centrally located in Rockport, allowing easy access to Camden, Rockland & Bar Harbor. Country living, yet close to downtown (2.5 miles) without the busy traffic and noise. Located on 20 acres with farmland and live stock surrounding this peaceful and beautiful property. Fresh local farm stands within walking distance. Mountain bike trail on property to reach the area ski lodge & swimming pond. Great for swimming, boating, fishing, biking, hiking & skiing.

MARCH-APRIL DAILY. Medicine Hill is a 136 acre farm on the Sandy River complete with a swimming hole and an entire island to explore. We grow vegetables, herbs & flowers. Our animals include sheep, chickens & rabbits. You will have full access to all areas of the farm! Spend time fishing or relaxing on the river. Or literally just sitting on the porch unwinding and taking it all in. 4 private bedrooms have stunning views surrounded by trees or fields. And if the Chef is available..EAT!!!

Apartment in Skowhegan

Located right in town you are within walking distance to several quaint little shops, restaurants bars, and pubs. The newly listed apartment offers 2 bedrooms with 3 beds. Kitchen is nicely equipped! Great place to stay while experiencing activities of Maine. Minutes away from fairgrounds, bounce house, golfing , 4 wheeling/biking/hiking/ITS/xcountry & skiing trails, swimming, rec center, Whitewater rafting, skydiving and a little over an hour to ski areas. Large parking area for trailers.

Room with a Brew

Welcome to our new building. "A Room With a Brew" is located above Belfast's newest craft brewery, Frosty Bottom Brewing. A small community supported brewery open 2 days/week for 3-4 hours for beer share members. Guests can request a tour of the brewery and sample some fresh beer. Owners live in downtown Belfast and are available should any issues arise during your stay. The apartment/brewery is located 3 miles from downtown on a quiet road that offers local hiking and biking.

The Cabin -Skowhegan

Main floor has living area, kitchen and dining area, 1 queen bed, with a daybed and trundler. Loft has 2 twin beds. The couch could be used as a bed, full bathroom. Has no kitchen sink but has a kitchen area with microwave, large air fry oven, fridge/freezer, toaster and coffee maker, iron/board. Also has TV, DVD/Blue ray player, Gas BBQ (May to November 1st.), as well as a picnic table, out door fire pit. For guest who are traveling by plane, towels are provided, upon request.

Waterside Getaway

Come getaway at our waterfront house located in Hartland Maine. This is a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the peaceful water while relaxing and having fun with your friends and family . A 30 min drive to downtown Waterville where you can find shopping and dining places for the whole family . Enjoy fishing , swimming and more right outside your door . The house also has a boat launch and dock for your boat if you choose to bring one. We hope you enjoy staying at our home.

Brand new Cozy Cabin on a small 181 acre pond. Enjoy the cabin feel of knotty pine and a big country porch overlooking the water. Walk in access to the water or ice in the winter. Kayaking, canoeing, ice fishing, snowmobiling and more depending on the time of year. A peaceful location a mile down a private road but 10 minutes away from a grocery store etc. Eagles, loons and fish will be your neighbors as you are in the moment at Price's Point.
